Goddess Realm

Nut is the representation of all that is spiritual and unexplainable in this existence. She tells us that it not important to understand, only to know that without it we wither and fade.

Have you learned yet how to tap into the Source? Do you dismiss thoughts and coincidences that call you to action? Do you feel the spirit calling but have not yet stepped beyond your own understanding into the unexplainable?

Nut says it is time to step beyond your intellectual boundaries and give way to the mystery, the unknowable. Much of what exists in the vast Universe still remains a mystery.

Dance with the Mystery by trusting that your own intuition will attract exactly what you need for your journey to consciousness.

If possible this ritual should be conducted by early morning sun or moonlight in an outdoors location or in front of a large window. Find a warm, expansive place where you can comfortably lie down on a floor mattress and will not be disturbed for about 30 minutes. Play inspirational music if available.

Close your eyes and take ten long, relaxing breaths. Mentally scan your body from toes to head, consciously releasing any tensions or tightness.

When you are ready raise your palms upward to accept the Universal Energy. As you breath draw the energies into your hands until your palms have connected to the source. Feel the tingling energy pass down through your arms into your solar plexus until your entire body is alive with magnetic light. You may feel your chest rise as your heart heaves upwards towards the universal energy source.

When the time is right you will see Nut at your side. Ask Nut "What do I need to know?" She has a message or an answer to a long standing question for you. Listen carefully as she awakens your inner intuition.

Stay with this meditation until you have heard all Nut has to say.

When you are both done, thank The Goddess for her gift and see her glide off into the light.

Nut (pronounced noot) is the Egyptian Goddess of the night sky, also known as the Great Deep, the Celestial Vault, who daily gives birth to the sun each morning then consumes it again each night.

Nut was usually depicted as a giant, naked woman whose body, sometimes studded with stars, spanned the sky, while her elongated legs and outstretched arms symbolized the four pillars of the firmament. The scarab beetle, the symbol of the morning sun, was sometimes shown with her.

Alternatively, she was represented as a woman carrying a vase of water on her head, or wearing a headdress of horns and the solar disk. She was often portrayed holding an ankh, the symbol of life, and a papyrus wand. The Greeks identified Nut with the Titan Rhea, the mother of their gods.
